• 250ml (8.4fl oz.) Milk

• 1 Banana
• 1 Tbsp. of organic protein powder
• 1 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
• 1 Tbsp. Peanut butter
• 125ml (4.2fl oz.) Milk
• 125ml (4.2fl oz.) Yogurt
• 1 Tbsp. Honey

• 2 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
• ½ Tbsp. Cinnamon
