How to make the Ramos Gin Fizz by Drinks Made Easy. We're back with another video on how to make cocktails at home. Today we bring you the world famous, and tasty too, Ramos Gin Fizz. This creamy gin cocktail was created by Henry C. Ramos in New Orleans in the early 20th century. It's very labor intensive because it calls for a VERY heavy shake, so we made a work around by using a blender.

To make this drink you will blend the following:

2 oz Gin
5 Drops Orange Flower Water
3/4 oz Simple syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Cream
1 Egg White
4 Ice Cubes

Next pour 1 1/2 oz Soda Water, then pour your mixture into the glass slowly. You may have to do it a few times to makes you get the famous head. NOTE-the head should look like a marshmallow and be at least 1-2 inches high.
