CRAZY TEA EXPERIMENT - ROASTED RIPE PUERH!

Roasting tea is common for Oolong teas and Green, Black and White tea can all go through some extra baking. But, with PuErh tea, roasting the leaves after processing is almost unheard of despite thousands of years of history. Some producers may roast PuErh in bamboo but this is more to do with steaming the leaves with bamboo flavour and less about the magic of roasting pure leaves.

We experiment with a London Roasted Ripe PuErh and we are super happy with the results.
