This week we explore American Wheat Ale.

We are experiencing the slow change in seasons here in the Northeast. Spring is playing with us. The promise of summer is getting near. In preparation for that John is practicing his American Wheat Ale skills. This week we sample a very simple 50/50 grain bill with Centennial hops.

We discuss yeast choices because that's what really makes this style what it is.
