How to make a Monte Carlo by Drinks Made Easy. We're back with another video on how to make cocktails at home. Today we bring you the classic cocktail, the Monte Carlo. Developed in 1948 by David Embury, this Manhattan cocktail variation uses benedictine instead of sweet vermouth for the sweetness.

To make this great classic stir the following:

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 oz Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz benedictine

Garnish with a Lemon Peel an serve.
