We are always being asked if Kombucha is good for the health and whether it has a beneficial effect on your Gut Health. We speak to Adam from JARR Kombucha to find out his take on the health effects of drinking Kombucha - fermented tea.

It is important to note that studies continue to be done on Kombucha and tea in general. The opinions in this video represent Adam's understanding of the literature available and are by no means exhaustive or fixed in any way. There may be some probiotic effect by drinking Kombucha but at present, there is no evidence that he has seen to suggest that any probiotic action is significant to our health and the value of Kombucha on gut health seems to be more pre-biotic in nature.
