How to make the Sazerac Cocktail by Drinks Made Easy. We're back with another video on how to make cocktails at home. Today we bring you the classic cocktail invented in the 1830's, the Sazerac Rye Whiskey cocktail,

To make this cocktail you will do the following:

Muddle 3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters with 1 Demerera Sugar cube and a light splash of soda.

Next you add 2 oz of Rye whiskey (We used George Dickel). Add ice to your mixing glass and stir until the dilution has softened the rye to your taste (about :45-1:00)

Garnish with a lemon peel and serve.
